Software Project Manager

UniWeb is currently looking for a Software Project Manager to manage business-critical web application projects for key customers.

Main responsibilities

To identify customer needs and propose fitting solutions
To manage web application projects within scope, budget and schedule
To lead and coach a team of junior and/or senior developers at the project level
To succeed with the team in building state-of-the-art solutions according to best industry practices
To communicate in a respectful manner with the project team and the customer
To organise in an effective way follow-ups and review meetings with the customer
To report on a regular basis project status and issues to UniWeb management
To adopt a risk-based approach in line with the company’s procedures
To contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes aiming at meeting the highest industry standards required by our customers.
To understand the technical issues of your customers and your team

The ideal candidate

Has +3 years experience as an IT project manager. Agile and/or Waterfall
Has up to date knowledge of web technologies and their applicability
Has good technical IT skills. Experience as a web developer is a plus
Has very good communication and writing skills in English
Has a strong customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
Has the ability to work in a multi-project environment
Is highly flexible and can easily adapt to each customer-specific needs
Can work with a remote team
Is always willing to share its knowledge and experience with all the team members
